Natives Retreat Art Series
Hello ! I am ready to share the new art work series of "Native Retreat" to deliver hope, knowledge, science and courage to replanting our loss biodiversity.
The days of paintings are completed, and the first launch to the public will take place in Indonesian Embassy in Vienna during Folkfestival (Pesta Rakyat) in 22'th August 2026.
The series consist of five artworks which created both traditionally and digital.
The background and each individual trees are painted separately with watercolour and the final compositions are produced digitally.

The individual tree species are dedicated to each landscape referring to my research.
In general, they are divided into three Index I, II and III depend on their category of strength and durability. Within the compositions, the trees that once were used for building the homes are put together surrounding the native houses.
The research on how the crown trees looks like, how big they can be when mature, which altitude they can grow...are enormously extensive!
